Honestly, I was initially tempted to skip the inspection since this was a brand-new home from a reputable builder, and I’d walked through the house multiple times thinking everything looked perfect. Well, let me tell you, Paul exceeded my expectations in every way. His attention to detail was incredible, and he found a number of issues that I never would have noticed—things that could have become headaches or even safety concerns down the line. Man, Mr. Paul is that guy. Frfr He literally looked and touched every crack and crevice of the property. Paul did our inspection October 27. My husband and I are first-time buyers and in the option period right now. We chose A Plus because of all the reviews that said "thorough." They're 100% right. Paul's inspection was detailed and thorough as were his explanations of what he found when walking us around the property and through the house. He's knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He's professional, patient and friendly. He answered the MANY questions my husband and I had. I'm also glad I got the sewer scope since it revealed an issue in the drain line.
