Aptive Pest Control

I'm glad to see Aptive active! I have enjoyed my service since switching from another company. I had the privilege to witness my service being done today by Brandi. She was excellent! I received a 40 minute heads up while leaving work. She educated me on the product knowledge Aptive offers for Ant problems. It was a very thorough treatment and we were very satisfied.

Douglas gave an ETA text, and showed up promptly afterwards. I did not hear the doorbell(deaf), but I heard him on the back deck working. I went out to say hello and let him into the house to do the interior. The man asked questions and got to work. He was very professional.

Met with journeys outside, she explained everything thoroughly was very polite well mannered and very professional. She explained everything did her job and was great at it.

Amazing service not only did my parents receive a detailed description of all services done, their technicians also attended services photos during the process. I can't express enough how important this is. My parents are elderly and past people/companies have taken advantage of this. I am very grateful to the technicians that take time and CARE.
