Amazing care for my Lab Retriever. Dr. Le Juene is just the best. She pays attention to details and I know she really cares. They also charge very reasonable prices. I could have been charged more today and I’m so thankful that during this stressful time of having a dog that needs urgent care I’m not having to worry about breaking the bank. 1st time Puppy Wellness visit! From the moment you walk in reception is Welcoming! Dr. And Staff are informative kind caring to the needs of both pet and human.

I had to put my dog Lucy to sleep last week here. I chose this location because they have been so nice and caring before when they evaluated her a couple months prior. When we got there, a guy in the front with green/blue(?) hair told me to wait. We waited in the lobby for 15 minutes crying about losing our dog while he talked and laughed with another worker. After being put into the room and had our dog sedated, he came in right before the euthanasia and asked if we wanted to settle the check right then. I was so distraught and baffled that he would come in as my dog was taking her final breaths and had her head in my lap. I can understand that every worker has to deal and see animals passing every day, but the lack of empathy really made me uncomfortable. He took my card, gave me the receipt, and said everything was settled a couple of minutes before Lucy passed. I love this clinic but I was extremely upset by the way this guy handled the situation. We could've paid in the lobby as we waited for 15 minutes. Thank you to our vet for being so kind when the procedure was done.
