So happy I contacted Berrett Home Services on yesterday evening. They sent Dane out to my house the very next morning for pest control services. Dane explained everything thoroughly and he carefully listened to my concerns. He did an amazing job and even offered to follow up in one week! Two other companies I hired before Berrett never followed up and one of them flat out didn’t address none of my concerns or problems even after I paid them! Mr. Roger came out and did a great job of educating my family on Pest Control and how to prevent and take care of current situations. Joshua was amazing. He came inside and sprayed the entire house, laid bait in my kitchen, Help me pull my appliances out so I could clean behind them and sprayed there too. He also helped with some nats. Great service!

I had a pest issue after having holiday house guests that needed help from Berrett, and Ryan, my scheduling specialist, did a fantastic job in understanding my needs and ensured that I didn't feel judged for having pests. He also made sure that I had follow up appointments on the books to double check everything is taken care of. Wonderful service.

Michael is our favorite technician for our quarterly service due to his congeniality. Today, however, he sprayed product all over our windows. This has never happened before and I’m not sure what prompted controlling insects in glass. To make it worse, i just had them cleaned and now i have to have them cleaned again ($) before family comes in for the holidays.
