Berts bugs

I paid a considerable fee for services that were rendered poorly. The pest treatment had no effect on the ants in my yard. When I tried to follow up, there was no one answering the phone for weeks. When I finally did reach someone to tell them the treatment had no effect, they claimed they would come back "when we get a chance". Their headquarters is less than 2 miles from my house and they haven't come back or responded to numerous requests for a refund. It has been 3 months and I am still just trying to contact them.
