recently had a fantastic experience with BRD Pest Solutions, thanks to Joshua! He did an amazing job setting bait for mice and rodent control in my home. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was knowledgeable and professional. Joshua took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions, which really put my mind at ease. The results have been outstanding! I haven't had any rodent issues since his visit, and I appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing effective solutions. I highly recommend BRD Pest Solutions and especially Joshua for anyone dealing with pest problems. Today was our first treatment with BRD Pest Solutions. Lane was our service representative. He was nice, well mannered, and answered all of my questions. He explained what he'd do, inside and outside 👍 Upon completing all services he knocked on the door to let me know that he completed the outside services (eves, porches, perimeter of house, 30 feet or so with glandular into the yard, spot treated some ant beds). He even went out of his way to service our swing-set play area that is located in the back of the yard 😀 Great service 👏 One note -- going forward I'd like a courtesy call on the service date regarding ETA. Thank you 😊

Blake did an amazing job helping us get rid of the unwanted critters in our home. He was super friendly and explained everything he was going to do before he started. He made sure we understood how to keep our house pest-free in the future. The service was quick and efficient, and we're really happy with the results. Joshua was very professional from the start. Called before he arrived to say he was on his way. He sprayed on the outside and inside very thoroughly. He made sure I was comfortable by spraying areas I wanted covered and also sprayed areas he thought that needed attention as well. Everyone that BRD has sent out to me have been very nice and professional. I've been using their service for almost a year now. Their product works. I have found a few pests in my home, but were already dead when I saw them. Their customer service over the phone has been excellent as well. I highly recommend BRD pest control to anyone.

We had our first service in June and we have cameras outside of our home. As the team showed up they were supposed to wipe all eaves and spray within 30 feet if the base of the home. The videos showed them spraying just at the base. They did not wipe the eaves and this was evident when the wasp nests that were there hadn't been removed. We called and customer service was difficult to reach. They eventually got back to us a few days later and they came and did a "free" service. Only problem is a week later I was charged for the "free" service. After the last service we have had multiple issues with spiders inside and outside our home. The newest problem is that we have had an ant infestation in our home. I have called multiple times regarding our issues with no resolution or call back. I ended up calling the office in Utah to talk to a human and ended up getting disconnected and never getting called back. We have tried to cancel several times with no call back. They have also called multiple times asking to add services to our account however they can't get the service we paid for correct. Please DO NOT use them unless you wish to have poor to no customer service and more pest problems than you started out with.
