Jeff the owner came to home went in every room and all outside, showed us what was wrong and explained what the process would be, very reasonable price. Came next day with his employee Gene got the work done and showed us each step the problem and what he was doing. Cleaned up very good after themselves. Great warranty on job. When I say this company, these people, go BEYOND insect/pest control… I cannot even express in words how much they ASTOUNDED ME with their customer service. So two gentlemen came to our home for our first service. The older gentleman did the outside, the younger one - the inside. (I wish I remembered their names 😭). Long story short, we lost our sweet baby girl one month prior. When this topic ironically got brought up (the younger guys wife is a nicu nurse and I just couldn’t stop telling him my gratitude I had for those nurses) which led into our sweet girl we just lost. You could just tell this ripped him apart, but did his best to contain his emotions and stay professional. Towards the end, he even tried to say the kindest parting words, but he just couldn’t get them out. In one (actually THE) darkest times of our life, this simple interaction of a total stranger even an eighth of a fraction being able to empathize with our pain… made me realize such good in this world. And I was PROUD we had this company spray for us. Fast forward a few days later, I get a call. I thought the call would be them collecting the payment since we didn’t do that, that day. To my surprise, EXTREME surprise, as a company… they all got together, chipped in, and PAID OUR FIRST MONTHS BILL. Total strangers banded together to pay our bill because they truly felt the weight of our loss. They didn’t call to collect payment, they called and instead reassured us how insanely amazing humans can be. I’d recommend this company over and over and over again not just because they do an insanely great job at what they do…. But because good people need to be supported. Good… OUTSTANDING companies deserve to be acknowledged. Bugwacker, you have forever left an imprint on our home in the darkest of times. I pray god blesses you individually, and as a business because it’s people like you, that lift people like us.

They came the next day. Showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window. Educated my husband and I on everything. Got the job done quickly. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Price was very fair.
