Camp Bow Wow Houston-Hobby

I love that I can take Athena here at hobby camp bow wow, knowing she is well taken care of while I am out of town or busy day at work. She loves the camp counselors here. They really do a great job here and make you feel comfortable to leave your pet in their hands. Here is her Christmas picture from them.

My two dogs (2 years old and 13 years old) always have a great time at Camp Bow Wow. My older dog has separation anxiety, so I’m very picky with dog sitters and boarding situations- and this camp passed with flying colors. The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The owner, has a passion for dogs and treats them all like family. They also do a great job with their temperament testing to make sure your pup will be safe with the other dogs, and I love that I can check on them with the cameras throughout the day. I can go on work trips and vacation with peace of mind with camp bow wow, and come home to two happy campers :)

I boarded my dog for several days, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of care. The team took time to learn my dog’s routine, preferences, and quirks. They provided updates throughout the stay and made sure he got plenty of playtime and attention. The drop-off and pick-up process was smooth and organized. My dog came home relaxed and happy, which says everything. Highly recommend this boarding facility to any pet parent who wants peace of mind.

I have been taking my dog here for about 6 months now. They have navigated every aspect of my puppy's experience with amazing care and attention. Whenever there is an issue--whether it be my dog feeling sick or chewing up a new collar that I had left too loose--they respond to the problem with an amazing level of customer service, going out of their way to make sure my pup is safe and happy. The cameras let me relax during the stressful workday by sharing in on my baby's joy. I always get updates and pictures, and by now I know all of her best friends at camp. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Camp Bow Wow Houston Hobby! My pup recently stayed with them for a full seven days during the busy Thanksgiving week, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. With the holiday rush, I was a little nervous about boarding anywhere, but the team at Camp Bow Wow proved once again why they are truly the best in the area. Not only did they take incredible care of my dog, but they also gave me complete peace of mind throughout the entire stay. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to welcome my pup back. You can tell right away that every employee there loves what they do. They took their time during check-in to make sure all of my dog’s needs were covered. Feeding instructions, play preferences, nap routines, everything. Even during one of their busiest weeks of the year, nothing felt rushed or overlooked. What really impressed me, was how happy and energized my pup was every single time I checked the cameras. The ability to peek in on their play yards is such a comfort, and I loved seeing my dog running around, making friends, and getting tons of attention from the counselors. They truly keep the dogs engaged all day, not just “watched.” I could tell my pup was having the time of their life. During the week, the staff sent updates and were always super responsive whenever I had a question. They treated my dog like family, and it showed. When I picked up after the seven-day stay, my pup was tired in the BEST way. The kind of happy exhaustion that only comes from hours of safe, supervised play and affection.
