Mark was very prompt, thorough and patient. He completed a thorough inspection and provided me an action plan and cost immediately. The work was completed the following day exactly as he stated. The pricing was very fair and Mark didn’t bother trying to upsell needless services, which built trust immediately. I highly recommend Mark and will use Cherokee again if other issues arise.
