I'm his ex so personal feelings set aside... Mike Nelson Ext is by far THE BEST & most knowledgeable company & I've tried different ones. If any problems after treatment or lapse of service, he offers FAIR & REASONABLE solution(s). He will not short change your chemical for your treatments. It's worth the cost but you also have to follow his recommendations for BEST RESULTS. I still call for questions & services if/when needed.
