I had a great experience with Greg! As a first-time home buyer, I want to know all things that I can do to protect my investment. Greg just naturally educates you and answers all of your follow-up questions. In addition to a thorough report. This is off topic, but he also got my name right every time he used it. It was amazing. I told him my name and he said it right every time. That rarely happens in my life :). Greg does a great job. I definitely recommend him!

Greg is a phenomenal TREC inspector and has been a treasure to my buyer clients! He takes the time to really answer my clients' questions, shows them what he finds during the inspection, welcomes calls and emails for follow-up questions, and finds things that unfortunately many other inspectors tend to miss. For instance, he actually checks weep-holes to make sure they are functional and not faux. Many of my clients are mold sensitive and dealing with chronic illness and Greg treats them with so much compassion and care. I am so glad I can send his information to my clients and give them positive feedback so they can feel confident when they call him to book!
