HORRIBLE customer service!! I've been a loyal customer for 2 years now and I love the hay/feed and prices but the customer service is so horrible, the front desk lady is always rude and the people who just brought my hay out (I was standing put there waiting so I could put my trucks tailbed down for them) CHUNKED it over the side so hard and forceful it shook the entire truck and hit the side. Even after trying to tell them I put the tailed down so they wouldn't hit the gas tanks in my bed, they still THREW every bail. I'm rather disappointed.

Really don’t like coming here — only stop by when all the other feed stores are closed. The woman at the front is consistently rude and makes it clear she doesn’t care to serve Black customers. She’s even been known to overcharge for feed when she can. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere you’re respected and appreciated.

Discount Feed has bad customer service. No returns or exchanges, even with receipt of products bought 2 days ago. No verbal warning given upon purchase; no sign posted at the cash register, nor stated on the receipt . Small sign saying "No returns" posted above the exit door, noticeable only as you leave the store with your purchase.

Customer service on phone is poor.lady answer the phone and is not patient, she hangs phone up in ur face.
