Low price, low quality. Used commercially for several years. There were always things that could have been done better but the price was right (low). During regular, monthly visit the tech told me he "spent a lot of time cleaning out the bait boxes". He was getting the bait that had turned to grit, broken/eaten so it would no longer stay on the spike, etc. I checked 6 of our 26 boxes and found large pieces scattered around the boxes where animals can get them or our staff could pick them up with their unprotected hands). We'll do this in-house and save 50% or more from what was actually a very low price. I guess with them we got what we paid for......

I am not sure what happened. I’ve used Dominguez Pest control for a decade, but over the last 6 months or so they have no call/ no showed me. Now when we call, we always get a voicemail. The woman’s voice on the voicemail is the only person we can ever reach. Is Mr. Dominguez no longer involved? He was always so wonderful. Unfortunately, I may have to go elsewhere. Sad. We were happy supporting a small local business. *UPDATE* Mr. Dominguez retired and moved out to Patterson two years ago. He sold the company, but he said he has received lots of calls with similar complaints: no call/ no shows, no one returning phone calls. He said that Victor and Victor Jr. started their own business. Hoping to hear from them soon.

Been using for 4 years, last 2-3 months havent been able to get a hold of anyone but sending invoices. Wanting to get paid without doing services. Had multiple companies come out for quotes, and they all said the same thing that whoever we had, had not been doing anything on the exterior. Thats these guys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NO-SHOW. THEY TOLD ME 4 DAYS IN A ROW THEY WOULD SHOW UP THE FOLLOWING DAY AND NEVER DID. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Was very pleased last year with the service when they showed up after first appointment no show called tgis year and NO SHOWED ON ME 2 TIMES seems they dont want to keep appointment or treat my place very disappointed I do not recommend
