I’ve been bringing my puppy here since we got her back in January, and we’ve had wonderful experiences. Very very clean place. And everytime I went in there was never people waiting and I loved that, we got in quick. Dr and everyone there were amazing.

I was not impressed to say the least. I took my pet there for regular grooming. When I returned to pick him up, whatever happened he appeared to have traumatized. His eyes were a big as saucers and they couldn't retrieve him from the cage. He was bundled up in the corner, looking so scared. I have never seen him that way before. He looked like they use a scissors to do the grooming. It was extremely uneven all over his body. If they had told me upfront that they have no experience with maine coons I would have appreciated it... Well, that was the first and last time. Dear Owner, he deserved better. He was in a cold steel kennel and wet. Not even as much as a towel for him to sit on. You do not treat animals this way! This is more than not knowing how to groom maine coones (which are expensive cats). You obviously don't care!

Well I took one of our dog here this morning, I got there about 15 minutes early. The girl at the front desk seemed to be irritated that I was there. I told her I know I’m early , I will wait. About 9am I was put in a room, was told that they were going to find out the eta of the vet , I said ok and she left. I walked out at 930. They didn’t even know I left. Not a good way to keep my business.
