Fat Cat Flats

It was my first time getting Luna groomed and Fat Cat Flats was recommended online. I decided to give them a shot and I will definitely be bringing Luna back! They had no trouble in taking care of her despite Luna being a bit sassy at times especially with bathing. Not sure what magic they did but it absolutely worked and she was groomed PERFECTLY. John was extremely pleasant to talk to and the groomer was awesome as well. You can tell they are cat people and love cats. The pricing was more than reasonable. They both are great people! Would recommend anyone who needs their cat groomed to come here.

I’m so glad we can across fat cat flats it’s been a struggle to find someone to shave my cat. I went on a day right after a storm so I was surprised to see that they were still open! They had boards on the windows for protection from the storm. When I walked in the people working there were very nice and attentive it was our first time bringing our cat here. They also had a small shop inside selling all kinds of cat things. I dropped my cat Jewel 💎 around 11am picked her up at 3pm. I asked them to shaved her down and to give her a lion cut. They did a great job! The way they maneuver and are able to manage the cats is amazing. I had asked her how long she had been doing this for she said over 15 years of experience. That made a lot of sense she knows ways of calming and being able to hold a cat without hurting them or stressing them. I was very surprised to see it myself the way she handled my cat like a pro! Her cut came out very cute ☺️ Really appreciate and like Fat cat flats, would definitely recommend bring your cat here if they need to be shaven down! We will definitely be returning customers. 😄

A friend recommended this place. I have a long haired cat so sometimes she will get things in her fur on her bum. They did an excellent job giving my cat a sanitary shave and her nails are trimmed perfectly! Great prices too. Will be returning!

Gave my cat anon a botched haircut after forcing him to watch his cat brother get dropped on the floor in front of the bath! Really cool place! Sometimes they can do their job and sometimes you go home with only one cat! Sometimes you find your other cat a month later with FIV he dies from! So cool!

Brought my already injured animal here for a Groupon in 2023 and they somehow let him out downtown for a month where he contracted FIV and succumbed to his illness. Just saw these people all still working together but not using this company name on their TikTok. BEWARE !!!!! Edit: spoke with someone who spoke with me about this on the phone some time ago and all the people incolved (including the woman who originally let go of my pet for their bath thus letting him out) now has the nerve to tell me at 11 pm at night they never had that animal? If you come here for an OATMEAL BATH AFTER AN INJURY don't bother! They will let your animal loose downtown then tell you they didn't take you when their own staff made a lost poster for the area !! Wow !!! 0/10 Edit: here is a photo of the window my cat was able to jump thru because your staff you STILL HAVE WHO DROPPED HIM ON THE GROUND WHILE HE WAS BEOUGHT IN POST VET VISIT. Hope y'all go out of business
