I’ve had MANY other pest controls & between me texting trying to schedule and them just randomly going MIA to them coming out and still have spider webs and bugs still around my house, I can’t tell you how much I APPRECIATE Billy and his team. They came out yesterday and I live next to the lake so typically when I go outside my entire back door and front door are COVERED in ants & spiders. Went out last night to let my dogs out where I’m usually physically grossed out to be out there to completely comfortable because there was absolutely NOTHING. I went out to my front door to check today not ONE spider or spider web. When I looked on the ground you can see the spiders trying to come & are dead before even reaching my house. I will never change my new pest control. Thank you guys! I wish I had before pictures but here’s proof that they die before even getting to my house.

Bill with Bed Bug Texas Termite & Pest Control is very knowledgeable. He came out promptly to my house on a Saturday, and went above and beyond. He located signs of a raccoon in my attic, located the spot it came in from, and showed me every detail. He set traps and gave clear instructions to remove the raccoon. Bill is thorough and knows his information. I would highly recommend Bill and his great company.

Out of nowhere started getting bit by something. This went on for almost a week and could not find anything in my house that was causing it. Finally found what I thought was a couple bed bugs. Started looking around and ended up calling these folks. Bill answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. told him what was going on we talked a lot about bed bugs and he said he could have someone come out immediately. Send him a picture of one of the little bugs and he called me back and said it was not a bed bug, it looked like a carpet beetle. He explained to me a way where I could treat the problem myself without having to pay for one of his guys to come out. This type of customer service is nearly impossible to find any more. I let him know that and told him I would like to support his business, send the tech. Within an hour Trey showed up fully prepared to take care of everything. Took him about 90 minutes. He was very professional and respectful of my house and dogs. It's been 3 days now and no more bites, and I am no longer expecting to get bit, job well done. Honest, great communicators, very efficient and effective solution. Thank you!!
