GX Inspections are TREC certified independent home inspectors. They came in with a competitive price. They were able to schedule the inspection on the day and time the buyer requested it. Arrived on time, even a bit earlier and completed the inspection in about 2.5 hours. As it was a new home, probably a bit easier inspection than on an older home where typically more issues are found.

Mr. George was very polite and answered my questions. He seemed to know his trade well by how he described the deficiencies of the house and how they should be treated. He pointed out that 2 of the bedrooms’ insulated, argon-filled windows were no longer insulated but we’re deficient and needed replacing.
