Huge place with immense range of products. The best you can probably find in Texas. The moment you walk in, you notice how clean, well-organized, and welcoming it feels. The produce section is always fresh and beautifully arranged, with fruits and vegetables that actually taste like they should. The meat and seafood departments are spotless, and the quality is consistently top-notch. I also appreciate the wide selection of local and specialty items—you can tell the buyers really care about offering variety and value. Highly recommend!

Parking was a nightmare. Low clearance for my truck but I can make. I even have to lower my head while sitting in the truck. Ok, that may be my OCD. But the parking spaces are really tight. I journeyed on because I love, love their bulk spice bar.

**Customer Review for H-E-B Grocery Store - Buffalo Heights Location** ⭐️⭐️ I’m a huge fan of H-E-B, especially the Old Fashioned Donuts, but I have to express my disappointment with the Buffalo Heights location. Unfortunately, every time I stop by to grab a box, the sour cream donuts have been burnt and unappetizing. In fact, the last three visits have been a letdown—these donuts, which are usually soft and delicious, come out looking more like charcoal than the delightful treats they should be. It’s such a tragedy because these donuts are fantastic when prepared correctly! I really hope the team can step up their game and ensure that we get the quality we expect. Come on, H-E-B, you’re better than this!

G'Morning, My is Matthew... Sun. Dec 28,2025 To whom this may concern, I attended this location ([address removed]. Suite 100 Hous.Tx 77007) this morning to grab a few items.... HEB Is one of my favorite stores for quality groceries, and out standing customer service.... I go to HEB's all over the Houston Texas area to see the difference... This morning I didn't feel so welcoming, the cashier (Anaya G.) didn't speck , she just scanned my items... Also she was talking very low when she said my total... I spend my hard earned money for a great experience... Outstanding Customer service is what brings customers... Because of word of mouth... Can y'all reinform your staff members that being nice (Showing teeth) smiling goes a long way... Every ethnicity that shops at your store has the same color money 🤑💰... So be nice 🙂 and make everyone feel welcome... Thank you.... P. S. Learn from Buc'ees, They have very High standards for a reason...

I am extremely frustrated with the Curbside parking situation at this location. Even though there is an entire alphabet of spots dedicated to Curbside, I often can’t find a single place to park. The issue is that people are using these spots as 'front row parking' to go inside and do their full grocery shopping. It is incredibly disrespectful to customers who are actually using the Curbside service and have to circle the lot or wait for a spot to open up just to get their order. Management needs to start enforcing these signs. Having 26+ spots doesn't matter if they aren't being used for their intended purpose.
