I have been very happy and impressed with Hawx Pest Control. The technician is had today Shayla was very knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and courteous. I did not get a notification they were here as normal I let Shayla know and she immediately got the issue resolved. She gets a 10 out of 10!

Their service is very good. Ashton did a great job, I asked him to treat for fruit flies he addressed and sprayed in the drain. Overall Hawx never disappointed us so far.

The technician at Hawk are always so professional and knowledgeable. My technician John Henry today was also knowledgeable and professional but he was also caring about the customer. I fell and broke my ankle and foot 3 weeks ago and I was in a boot and an wheel chair. He could tell I was distressed and miserable and depressed but he had God in his life and me too. After finishing his work and explaining what he did at my home he ask he could pray for me and for complete healing. I was so happy to have him pray for me because I truly needed this prayer this morning and it truly lifted me . He reminded I was not in this situation God was in it with me that God would never leave me alone. Praise God! John Henry was the. Angel he sent to take great care of my home and lift my soul up. We have used Hawx’s for general pest control for several years. We have been satisfied with their care. The “bonus” came when I brought bed bugs back from Savannah after a trip. We have never experienced those pests. What a pain in the butt they have been!! An inspector came out and confirmed that is what they were. A day or so later a bed bug technician, Benjamin, came out to begin treating them. Thankfully those pests were confined to two bedrooms, but it was a BAD CASE in one bedroom. We were charged one fee - which included the repeat visits. Benjamin was EXTREMELY CAREFUL & Thorough each time he came to treat the room. He checked surrounding areas. He returned at least six times and FINALLY those suckers are GONE. He is also very responsive to the customers needs and was respectful of our home. He liked our dogs and they liked him. We would highly recommend Hawx Pest Control - but do what you can to avoid bed bugs!! Debra Mason and Phyllis Jones 12/31/25 & 1/7/26 JohnHenry came to treat again. He discovered a few spots where they were hiding. We deeply appreciate his diligence finding these pests!!

Colin Harris came to my home on Thursday January 15th 2026 and told me about the special that was going on for 49.99$ for the pest control i thought it was a good deal he stated that it would be $53.04 after tax and that they come every 3 months to service for a year. We scheduled an appointment Thursday to come out on (Saturday) today January17th 2026. However, I wasn't aware of paying a fee every month, so I texted Colin on Friday and decided to cancel as well as cancel my appointment on today and get a refund, he stated they will have to be able to service the home first since I already set up for and appointment and that I couldn't get refund. He stated I could cancel within the first 3 days and wouldn't have to pay the $199.00 for the cancelation fee. So today his tech comes to service the house @ 1:41 pm he finishes and i reached back out to colins and told him he was completed and he told me once he get the report he would do the cancelation. I texted him again and stated i was waiting on the cancelation letter that would be emailed to me, no response. So i texted him again saying i called the office and it says they are closed and i also looked online and it says hawx is closed on weekends, and again no response. So i called colins 3 times it went straight to voicemail. Its now 5:11pm and i havent heard anything back from Colins Harris since 1:50pm on today January 17th. I would like to speak with someone above Colin Harris position please about this issue, this is ridiculous I still haven't received the paperwork for the cancelation. As I stated before Colin told me I wouldn't have to pay the $199 within the first 3 days, I reached out to him yesterday January 16th about the cancelation and today he ghosts me. Not fair at all. So is this what this company do whwn someone wants to cancel they ghost you just to get you to pay the cancelation fee?? They good at scamming!
