Harley is our groomer and recently moved to this business from a different one, so we decided to follow! We had our first appointment here a couple of weeks ago and Harley did a wonderful job as always, and the rest of the staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough wonderful things about this grooming place! My dog, Pennylane, is usually very shy and nervous in new environments, but the amazing team here treats her with such kindness and patience that she actually feels comfortable — which is a HUGE win for us. From the moment we walk in, they greet her gently and give her time to feel safe. You can tell they truly care about the pets in their hands and understand how to work with anxious pups. The grooming itself is always done beautifully and efficiently — she comes out looking adorable, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill with heart the way they do. Thank you for always taking such great care of Pennylane and helping her feel brave. This is hands-down the best grooming experience we’ve ever had! 💛🐾✨

The staff is always so nice and professional. We take our boxer, chihuahua and French bulldog for regular grooming.

While the staff was very kind and helpful, and my Yorkie came home looking just like he normally does after a haircut, I unfortunately can’t say the same for my poodle. When I picked him up, I was honestly shocked—I ended up taking him to the vet to scan his microchip just to make sure he was actually our dog. My child cried for hours because she thought I brought home a different dog. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I thought I was pretty clear in asking for a curly/fluffy poodle face, but what we got was the complete opposite. I understand some people love the show-dog, clean-shaven poodle look—but that’s definitely not what I was going for. I halfway don’t even want to post a photo because my baby just doesn’t look like himself. He is even embarrassed! I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but this experience was deeply upsetting for my family, and I truly hope future instructions are followed more closely. Grooming is not just about cleanliness—it’s also about keeping our pets looking like themselves.

My wife just picked up our dog after being groomed, and she was WARNED that we were late bringing him there on the last visit. Were were NOT late bringing our dog in, and have never been late.. My wife was basically "scolded" by the groomer Amanda for no reason. We have two dogs that we routinely bring to this place for grooming, but this will definitely be the last time coming here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
