Houston Pest Management

Alan came out to the house over a year ago and gave us quotes and inspections for multiple pests. He went so far as to give me some ideas on how to treat it myself (all during a free inspection). I picked up the recommended supplies and was able to be bug-free for the last year. He has earned my ongoing business. I called them back today to have them come treat nuisance ants. They had notes on our last visit from a year ago, and will be treating the nuisance ants in the next couple days. While the treatment is pricey, I have no doubt they will get rid of the problem. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing services in the NW Houston area.

Cant get my business if you wont return my calls! Moving on to the next pest control that actually answers the phone. Stop being lazy! Editing to ensure this review is understood. I called 4 times and each time placed on hold without accepting the conditions or shifted to voicemail. It's sad that the only reply I get is due to this review. The book of a response furthers the evidence that todays business places blame rather than accepting the outcome of the system they placed.
