I was replacing the Redwood in my driveway expansion joints. I did not want to use chalk or the new vinyl inserts. I wanted to replace it with the original Redwood because I think it looks much nicer. I went to many hardware stores and none carried the old Redwood strips. At Kilgore's a Manager that knew lumber knew what I wanted and where there were strips in the back of the lumber yard. The strips are the correct Redwood. The driveway now looks perfect. Real old fashion service and knowledge. Much appreciated the time it took.

The friendliest store I've been in for quite a while. Unfortunately not a deep selection in what I needed, which was a T8 bulb. Only one brand. Otherwise 5 stars.

My opinion of this place is that it's a fine small town feeling hardware store that has a little bit of everything. The customer service is superb second to none. If I cannot find it at their store they have been known to help me find it at other Ace stores. It has a good family feel and vibe to it and I do enjoy shopping there.
