I’ve been shopping at this store for quite a while now, but within the last few months I’ve noticed a significant decline in both food quality and product availability. Unfortunately, the biggest issue has been the produce. The fruit is often in very poor condition. The berries are frequently mushy or moldy, and the salads are sometimes already past their dates. It’s frustrating to come in expecting fresh items and leave disappointed. Another ongoing problem is how often they are out of stock. If there is a sale item that is a really good deal, chances are this store will not have it available. It seems to happen regularly, and it makes it hard to rely on this location for planned grocery shopping. I’ve also had experiences finding expired products still sitting on the shelves, which is concerning and something that really needs to be addressed. That being said, there are still a few positives. I really do like the variety of products they offer. Having groceries, clothes, shoes, and household items all in one place truly makes it feel like a one-stop shop, which is very convenient. I also want to mention that the employees are generally very nice and polite, and they do their best to help when asked. Overall, while I love the concept and variety of this store, the quality of the produce and fresh items really needs improvement. Because of these issues, I will most likely shop elsewhere if the next time I shopped there. I have these same issues because at the end of the day I want quality for the amount of money I spend every week there at the grocery store.

I love the convenience of the clicklist pickup. I dont like having my bread items thrown in a bag with things the smash them. I also dont like being notified an item is out of stock, yet I can walk in and the item is there on the shelf. I am so tired of smash bread, broken eggs and other countless items. Kroger needs to teach the people picking orders to not mix chemicals with produce and not to put things like potatoes in the same bag as eggs or bread. I'd go to HEB if it was closer, but Im really just going to go back to shopping in store so I can get all the items I want and need and can monitor the bagging process to ensure my groceries are handled with care. The only true salute I can give the pick-up department is their loader Cordee. He is kind, caring and very sweet.

Gretchen at Starbucks was very rude. I went in to grab a coffee I said good morning and I did not get a response she said what you want I said good morning. I would like vanilla latte iced please and she pulled up the pay button and before I could say I wanted food she walked away and started make all the drinks she was behind on. Once my drink was up she didn’t even make eye contact she just looked as if she was having bad morning and gave me a straw and walked away no have a nice day or smile nothing. Won’t be back unfortunately

Few weeks ago I had brought back an item with my receipt to get my money back. The rep there declined me telling me that my debit card from visa was not a debit card therefore I can be given credit back to my account. At that point I told her I've been shopping here for the last 25 yrs and never had a problem receiving my money back. This woman adamant declined me where upon I requested to talk to a manager. I spotted the mgr of the store Miss Hilton who knows me as a regular customer and requested her help on this matter only to be deflected to another mngmt member named Laura. I told my circumstances to Laura and then she told me that this customer service rep is the head bookkeeper and it was okay for me to get my return since she recognized me as regular customer. However she did not address the rep nor confirm my debit card is a debit card . At this point I felt that if this is the way they treat customers who have been shopping with Kroger's for yrs on this regard, then it was time for me to move on and take my business elsewhere. I've had problems with this woman before and acts like she owns the store, obviously Miss Hilton didn't feel the need to assist me with this situation. I've always felt this store to be a customer friendly store up until now. I've reported this scenario to corporate and was told they would investigate the matter and get back.
