Awesome service and great inventory from nuts and screws to high end power tools. I just moved to La Marque and though this store is a few miles away, since I found it, this is my go to store. Feels like a mom & pop store. The staff makes it feel homey in there, friendly and they know where their stuff is! Patronize this store - you won’t regret it. Oh, and reasonably priced merchandise as well.

They had the AC run capacitor I needed. They were knowledgeable about the part and friendly to boot. Would recommend doing business here. 👍👍

Not sure if it was just this one employee being odd, but went with some friends to get simple hooks for hanging up picture frames and, when asked if I needed assistance, I said no because we were going to wander around and find it ourselves! Fairly normal, as we were in no rush. But the man that asked kept following us to every aisle we went to, lingering at the ends and watching very obviously, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Would have stayed longer to just see what they had to offer but left asap because of this guy. If this is required of employees, it's a terrible policy.

Terrible experience. I went looking for metal anchors as it is my preference the older man was very rude and condescending. Immediately turned away from as he was done before I could say “show me what you got” I don’t like leaving bad reviews but man the way he handle that interaction was rude and unprofessional.

I find it very rude that they won't allow customers to use their restrooms. There's even a sign on the door that says no public restrooms. Most of us elders need to use the restroom frequently. I've been there twice and had to leave before I was done shopping. I will go a little further from now on to a hardware store that doesn't judge all the public as lower than life transients.
