Massey Services Pest Control

I have been using Massey services for over 10 years now in both Austin and Katy. They have a great operation. Brandon, my current tech is always on time and really helps address my pest control issues. My house is big and rodent free because of his good work. He is not just my quarterly rep, but comes by if is have a need between spray cycles. Thanks Brandon and Massey for your good work!

Massey services has been getting the job done! In specifically David has been awesome! Definitely great customer service skills, caring, and professional. He definitely knows what he’s doing and answers every question I have and has helped make my rental home feel more like home again! Thanks David you are the best!!!!!

I had an issue with a technician who accidentally damaged my internet line during a service visit, but I was very impressed with how Massey Services handled the situation afterward. George personally called me, sincerely apologized, and offered additional pest control service at no extra charge to make things right. He was extremely kind, professional, and went above and beyond to acknowledge the mistake. His response turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.

Negative stars if I could. My builder used this company & the first encounter was for them to bring by the "warranty" that had to be hand delivered. The man was AGGRESSIVE. Spoke with them again, told them I didn't care or want the paper. Showed up in the mail. I have told them several times I'm not interested. Its passed my 1 year... should be the end of them. WRONG. Got a text & phone call/voicemail in 1 day. Texted back they had the wrong # because he stated my warranty just started. Returned the phone call & asked her to REMOVE my #. She confirmed it was taken care. Received 2 phone calls today. This is harassment. SIDENOTE: My company uses them, apparently they don't treat outside or where ever the bugs come from, because they make their way in all the time, but at least they die once they get into the middle of the floors in offices.

I wished there was a option of zero stars!! Massey has very unprofessional workers. The apts where I live uses this company. Since day 1 of living here I told the manager to take me off the list to be sprayed. The man knocked on the door, and my father hollered come in😡 A big no no. The man only said he was pest control and started spraying, Didn't ask any questions if there were pets in the home, or if my dad wanted him to spray😡 As soon as I saw him I stopped him and told him to get out of my apartment. I have dogs and I don't have bugs of any kind. First of all my house is clean and I use plug in pest deterrents. I have never used any kind of bug sprays around my dogs. This so called employee of Massey precedes to tell me that how dare I scream at my dad and I'm burning in hell for it. First and foremost who in the hell is he to tell me I'm going straight to hell!? My God isn't a black man that works for Massey. I do not recommend this company because of the unprofessionalism. Apparently the general manager allows this kind of behavior, because he has yet to call me back as Evelyn the lady that answer the phone @ the Stafford location. She acted all concerned yesterday, but today's was so different, because I'm sure the driver that told me I was going to burn in hell probably told her a lie of the situation. Again don't do business with this company. Very unprofessional.
