Mosquito Management

I have had my system with Mosquito Management for several years. Although not all of my experiences with the company have been outstanding, overall it has been very good. Eddie is an exceptional tech and everything is always excellent when he services my account.

Mosquito Management installed the mosquito system at our new home and has been servicing it since we moved in over two years ago. They come monthly to check everything out and if I ever suspect any issue they respond to my message very quickly, usually by the next day. My previous home also had a mosquito system and I must say I was never very satisfied with the consistency of the other companies I tried. Mosquito Management has been stable, their personnel has remained constant and we believe their pricing to be fair. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Great guys Eddie the mosquito tech was amazing and he had great customer service. I got a good deal and he also fogged my property. I definitely recommend anyone to try them out and ask for Eddie he will backpack fog if you ask for him. A friend recommend me to call them and it was worth it no more mosquitos in my backyard.

Todd who has always been a friend and a vendor I have recommended in my own business for many years are working things out with my system. I posted a scathing review as I was disappointed. I am happy yo say that review has come down. Todd called as he should have caring and attentive to my issues. Was a bit of miscommunication on all parts. Todd as an attentive business owner is taking this serious and we will get my system to where it should be , I have no doubt now. BACK TO 5 STARS!!!!!! All we want as consumers is the company that we choose to back the product. Todd and his team are doing that now. I never expect it to be a prefect world, I do however expect a company to back its product and Todd has shown me he cares . Hats off my friend! Also a call out to a young man he has working for him David. David can get a bit overwhelmed sometimes but has always been respectful and helpful. Great asset to a good company.

Although I was happy with the installation and the service, things went bad with the service. Todd called to offer me a discount for a year's service in September 2019. I told him we were moving soon. He said I would receive a refund for an unused time period. We used the service for 6 months and then I called to cancel and ask for a refund for the other six months. It's been 2 years since I contacted him multiple times and I have not received a refund.
