Pawllywood Pet Spa

Took my dog to Pawllywood Pet Spa for the first time. They very thoughtful and took alot of care to make my dog feel comfortable. My dogs skin and coat look and feel so healthy afterwards and he smells amazing. 5 star grooming and customer service.

My goodness, This place was recommended to me by a friend and I blew them off for a while but promised I’d bring my pup in for November. I’m so glad I did. It’s all in the details - outside of smelling so good and looking beautifully shiny, the wavy hairs behind my pup’s ears are straight! This lets me know they gave my pup a proper groom. Thank you so much. Not to mention the customer service was fabulous. I will not be going anywhere else but Pawllywood moving forward.

I’m a new dog mom, and I just want to say how grateful I am for this place! My anxiety was through the roof trying to find the perfect groomer for my pup, and I’m so glad I chose here. From the thoughtful little scarf she came home in, to how relaxed and happy she feels, everything was beyond my expectations. The way I was treated—both over the phone and in person—was so warm and reassuring. I’m absolutely elated to have found them, and they’re officially our permanent groomers. Me and Brinx give them a 10/10… she’s already knocked out after her relaxing day!

From the initial phone call, to keeping me informed after dropping my baby off with them, to picking her up… they not only kept me informed, they also exceeded my expectations with the services provided. They also offer reasonable prices for the services being rendered. I trust Pawllywood with all of my babies because they are knowledgeable and genuinely care!

I don’t even know where to begin with how much I love this place. To keep it simple, you can not go wrong with sending your baby to pawllywood. My dog always leaves happy, fur is glistening white and fluffy, the staff are super cool and caring and so great with animals. I’ve been here multiple times and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Prices are extremely reasonable. I truly do appreciate the work they do! If I could give them ten stars I promise I would.
