Pet Fair

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Pet Fair. From the moment we walked in Jason was incredibly attentive and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer every single question we had and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The person who helped us truly went above and beyond, and you could tell he genuinely cared about both the animals and the families they are going home with. We brought home the sweetest Cavapoo, and he is just perfect. My daughter is completely over the moon happy and so excited. Seeing her joy has made this experience even more special for our family. We are so grateful for how smooth, thoughtful, and positive this entire experience was, and we would absolutely recommend Pet Fair to anyone looking for their new fur baby.

I’ve adopted dogs from both a shelter and this store, and honestly, my experiences have been wonderful on both ends. Puppies, whether from a shelter or a store, can sometimes face common issues like kennel cough or URI—it’s just part of pet ownership and not something that makes one place better or worse. What I really appreciate about this store is their care and attentiveness. I’ve never had a single issue with them, and I truly believe that if I ever did, they would address it right away. To me, that shows how much they value their customers and the pets they place in loving homes. This store has always treated me with kindness, and I’m grateful for the healthy, happy dogs I’ve brought into my family from here. Highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my long haired mini dapple dachshund at the Pet Fair! I never in 1000 years thought I would be able to do it but 18 mos no interest it was a good deal! I put my name down for the puppy I wanted and they contacted me about 6 months later to let me know they had gotten one, I went and picked her up the same day after work! We love her very much and the vet said she was very healthy! Omar is who I left my name with 6 months ago and he is who followed up with me to let me know they had one. Ask for Omar!!

I was shopping for a dog at Petfair for four days in a row. I wanted to make sure I got the right dog for myself and that the dog was comfortable with me. The staff was great understood my approach to my purchase, and I did not feel rushed at all. Truly great service this is my second pup from Petfair. Thank you to Omar and DJ, they were there each day and always treated me with patience and respect. Thank you, I’m in love my new pup!
