Great, friendly staff. Was looking for a rabbit for one of my twin daughters as one of only two asks for a while to graduate from caring for fish. They had additional rabbits coming in, in a few hours -- but talking to the staff and seeing how they interacted with this cutie who had been there a while, I opted to take her home seeing her docile nature, and wanting a chance for some freedom! 🐇💨🏬 😂 Thanks to the staff for talking through my checklist with me. This place is wonderful! Staff is always nice! I come here to give my puppy a bath! It is really peaceful and nice! Do it urself! Have towels and it’s clean!

I got my two kittens from here and the only issue was the low amount of staff but they were so friendly and helpful.

A large pet store with friendly staff. They have a rewards program that helps loyal customers. Customer service is always on par.

Helpful employees. But inventory on pet sweaters limited . Strange as it was prior to holiday sales, and size and selection limited. Will try again on a few weeks to see if restocked
