Brock and the staff at this location were absolutely amazing for our Therapy Pet Group, Faithful Friends Animal Assisted Therapy, and allowed us to use the community room for free professional pictures of our therapy pets. These pictures mean our members can hand out "keepsakes" on visits to places like hospitals or libraries, to bring a smile to people needing extra support. Pet Supplies Plus Clear Lake went above and beyond with making sure all our Therapy pets were looking good for pictures and giving free nail trims and special "Spaw" packages. I know it meant a lot to our volunteers and it trickles down to the community we serve. Thank you again!

Took my pug here to get a wash for the first time. Jasmine was very thorough, gentle and very professional with my sweet angel. Would absolutely recommend bringing your dog here to get pampered!

This was hands down the dirtiest dog wash I’ve ever seen. Fur was everywhere—on the floors, tubs, light fixtures, even clogging vents—and when I dried my dog, it flew around the entire room. I left feeling very uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere cleaner.

Worst condition I ever seen betas be in. Green water, fungal infections, and swim bladder disease. Totally inhumane to have this animals on such poor conditions and not to mention the pricing is outrageous. Update: after calling them I’m still disappointed. None sense excuses and said it was due to “improper training” from staff. Even without training one can tell no animal should be in those conditions.
