Pet Supplies Plus Houston - Lower Heights

Cute little shop with a great selection of cat food and cat toys. Staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. I left my credit card at the counter and they promptly returned it to me. Pet Supplies Plus just earned themselves a regular customer!

This was the best experience I have had at any pet store! The workers helped me with my dog food and even brought it to my car. I took my rescue dog there and he can be shy they were very kind to him plus gave him a pup cup and dog treats!! We will definitely be back!! All the workers made you feel welcomed and helped with anything you needed!

I love this Pet Supplies Plus location! The staff (Tina and Peter) are always so friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I came in looking for. There are always coupons to alleviate the burden of being a devout dog mom, so I really appreciate that as well. Definitely recommend!

Came for the one year anniversary and had a blast. This was my first time in the store and everyone was super friendly and kind. I washed all three of my dogs and got their nails trimmed. I really appreciate them letting me hold my dog for the nail trim because I it helped my dogs stay calm. They don’t really like their nails touched. I also like how they provide hypoallergenic shampoo, towels, and a blow dryer. We even got doggy ice cream! Overall great experience and I will be back again.

Absolutely unacceptable experience! I booked a full service for my four dogs, which included a bath, brushing, and of course, nail trimming. When I picked them up, the manager didn’t even mention that the nail trimming hadn’t been done, and once I got home, I realized none of my dogs had their nails cut. When I called to clarify, they first lied by saying the service didn’t include nail trimming, but after checking online, it was clear that it did. Later, the manager admitted he had forgotten to tell me that I needed to help hold my dogs, and when I questioned him, he started yelling at me, which was completely unacceptable. When I called back, another employee also interrupted me and raised her voice, leading to a totally unnecessary argument. In the end, they offered to have me bring my dogs back for the nail trimming at no extra cost, but when I asked for a refund instead, they just hung up the call. In short, the customer service was terrible, the communication was chaotic, and I am completely disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all if they keep those so call “managers��. They need some customer service training ASAP
