Lola one of the young gals helped me with a few new doggie treats today. They have so many options for pets. I purchase my dog and cat food here. It is quite a few steps above regular retailers for sure! She was sweet and knowledgeable. I love the Manager, maybe Reyna? I wish I remembered her name. Every time I stop in she is friendly. She also does the pet grooming. Today I needed my dogs nails trimmed last minute so she fit her in at the end of the day. Just love this place! 😀 they do their best to accommodate all customers. My baby is sleepy now having had an adventure out of the house as you can see in this sitting on the kitchen floor next to me as I write this post.

Kyle at the 1463 Katy/Fulshear location greeted us and was amazing. He was very patient with our kids while they picked out fish and was able to answer all the questions (even the silly questions coming from the kids). We will make this our default pet store thanks to the wonderful customer service from Kyle.

Was in a huge hurry and needed to get temporary cat litter box for my injured fur baby. Tina guided me to every single thing I needed and helped me pick out the best products for my needs. I was in and out within 10 minutes. She was so helpful, what great customer service. Would highly recommend and will return.

They have gone up on their grooming prices by $10. I'm not happy or excited about that but Ryleigh loves working with Mr. Bentley.
