Wow! What can I say other than omg thank you so much from every bit of this local dog groomers heart! My dog grooming restraint was broken by a very large dog the week if Christmas & for a dog groomer witbout a back up that is the absolute worst nightmare! I called so many stores in a frantic asking to borrow or buy one in a hurry to complete my work while I waited for my online order to show up & was even told by other local grooming facilities that they had one, but they weren't going to help me.. MITCH answered the call & saved my life & CHRISTMAS when he said absolutely anything to help a fellow animal person out 🫶❤️🐾 thank you Mitch & Pet Supplies Pluss North Woodlands for helping me make it through the holidays 🙏❤️🐾 You really have no idea how much y'all helped! These silly pictures & Happy doggy grooms wouldn't have been possible with out yall! 🥰❤️🐾

This is a great place to shop for any of your pets needs wether they are furry, scaly, or swim in the water you will find the best deals here. The atmosphere is very welcoming as well as the staff is so helpful. The self service dog wash Station is cleaned after every dog and the Groomer Layla they have on staff is knowledgeable and pleasant to converse with. If you are ever in the area stop in a see for yourself the great experience.

Shout out to this location for having such compassionate employees. I picked up a stray dog on my way to work last week. I stopped at this location on my way to get the dog checked for a chip to give him a bath and to make sure he didn’t have any fleas or ticks incase I ended up having to bring him home with me. I walked in and was immediately able to give this fella a bath in their facility. The girl at the register was super kind when we walked in. When she asked the dogs name I told her I didn’t really know and told her the story of how I happen to acquire him. After the bath I went to go pay and she just said “It’s on us today just take care of him”.🥰 I wish I knew her name but thank you to this location for helping us out. I’m still trying to find this this fellas owner but at least he is clean and healthy.

Great experience at this location. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy, and they were knowledgeable when I had questions. They had everything I needed in stock, and checkout was quick and smooth. You can tell this place is well run. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Great dog washing station. It was 14 bucks to clean our muddy service pup after being at the Renn fest.
