I’ve been bringing all three of my dogs here for nail trims, and every single visit has been a great experience. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, even when they’re clearly busy and juggling multiple clients. What I really appreciate is how they always try to fit me in, even when I haven’t booked ahead — which, let’s be honest, happens more often than not! They’ve been incredibly kind and gentle with my elderly dog, especially as she’s been dealing with a hurt foot. It’s such a relief to know she’s in good hands. My middle-aged pup can be a handful when it comes to nail trims, but the team handles her like pros — calm, patient, and efficient. The care, professionalism, and genuine kindness they show each time we visit is above and beyond. I’m so grateful to have found this place — highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled grooming team who truly loves animals.

We use this location for self serve washes and drop in nail trims. Ive seen people complain about how the express services are prioritized but I’ve also never experienced my dog unwilling to go to this express groomer. He does really well and I always overhear the groomer talking nicely to him. I will always considering waiting extra time for good care over rushed services with poor repertoire.

Highly recommend Pet supply plus customer service is great. Staff is very knowledgeable. Always helps me make better choices for my Australian Labradoodle when it comes to food and also great snacks from their location.

This place is the absolute best and cleanest spot to bring your pet. The pet wash is always clean, well stocked, and working well. The cashier staff are always friendly and greet you upon entry. We tried once to use the grooming department to have our senior basset groomed, but it didn’t work out due to his stress and anxiety. Something came up during his attempted scheduled service, and the grooming staff called me immediately to let me know. The staff went the extra mile in keeping him comfortable until I was able to pick him up. I am very grateful for the professionalism, care, and patience from the grooming staff in taking care of our boy!
