My lab, Elena, loves coming here to get her nails trimmed by Ms. Chantrell! The owners are always so kind and accommodating. This is definitely my go-to spot for grooming and other pet products because of the amazing service!

This is one of my go to pet stores. The staff is beyond incredible, helpful and kind. As a pet rescuer who has a number of her own cats this place has been wonderful price wise and I’ve been able to get some great deals that have saved me a ton and allow me to continue tofoster, rescue and supply these cats with the nutrition they need instead of crappy Meow Mix, Friskies, etc. Plus, it’s a great bonus too have an account that keeps track of your spending and sends you Discounts and coupons to use on future purchases I highly recommend this store to all pet lovers who genuinely care about their little fur babies.

I’ve been shopping here for years, and this store continues to exceed every expectation. Beyond the store being clean and well kept, you can tell the owners genuinely care about their community. The team is always friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s clear they’re truly invested in the wellbeing of local pets and their people.

This is an AMAZING place to get your pet supplies. We foster many kitties and have many of our own with allergies that require specific litter needs. The manager is amazing. He always talks to us and we had a great conversation about my cat’s needs and the needs of our amazing foster babies. You literally will never experience this at big box retailers. He let me know to call him when I need my supplies and told me he’d have coupons and that there’s sales during the end of the month. How dang cool is it to have an amazing person running your pet supply store who shows you his wonderful pets and loves to talk about your animals needs?! They’re even running adoption events! That’s AWESOME! Thank you guys SO much for always caring, always asking if we need help, always offering ways to make our lives easier. You’re a WONDERFUL place to come and find what we need for our fur babies!

Made a large online purchase. When my son tried to pick up the paid for item with my id in his hand, the manager refused to give it to him. I also went to get much needed dog food at 8:10 pm and found that the store is no longer open until 9pm. I now go to the Pet Supplies in Sienna for our needs, despite the longer drive. Been purchasing at this store for almost 2 years and have determined that these owners are clueless.
