The groomer did a awesome job with my long haired cat. Had many hairballs and she did a wonderful job getting them out without her looking all chopped up. Groomed her perfectly. The lady on the phone/door greater was outstanding at what she does. Best mannerism, caring, helpful and informative. Makes you feel very comfortable from the very start. My first time and it won't be the last!

My dog hates baths & the pet bars equipment made it a breeze. The bath comes with multiple different shampoos (one tear free for the face) and conditioner. There are towels for use as well as an ear rinse. The tub full closes and they have a ramp on wheels so your pet can walk down. The drying station is right next to the tubs. The table moved up and down with a foot press and is equipt with a leash. There is a blow dryer with 2 speed settings, works perfect! You can also use cologne and brush them out. My dog she’d like crazy and the employees were extremely helpful and didn’t not complain. I appreciated that a lot. The price for self service is $15. I will be going back

Stopped by to see if self-wash was available as a walk-in and was delighted to be shown to a wash station right away. It was my first time and the staff was so friendly and so very helpful explaining everything. Facility is very clean. I will most definitely return as it makes grooming my 2 Golden’s so much easier.

My little dogs got out the front door. It had just been painted. They were on Marina Bay Dr. and the employees at the petbar rescued my dogs off the road, posted on Facebook, cleaned them, did there nails, and gave them the full treatment! I am so greatful for there generosity!

I walked in here today with my newly adopted shelter dog. My dog and I were equally terrified lol but the staff was AMAZING. I mean, hands on helping, even gave me calming oil because I was genuinely scared. They helped with treats and handling him. Not to mention I got a discount being a new dog mom to a shelter pup. They were just incredible and I will be going back for sure.
