Petbox Mobile Grooming

It was our first time with Petbox and we were very happy with the service and the results! Tuna looks amazing and she seemed very happy and calm after the grooming which is not always the case with other groomers. We loved our experience and we’ll definitely be booking our next time grooming here!

Petbox provided great customer service... They're very polite and gentle... I loved the way my baby's haircut turned out... The groomer was very understanding on what I wanted as far as the type of haircut I wanted for my dog ... I will booked with petbox in the future...

First time with Petbox. I highly recommend. Pampered my senior dog. Groomer made my loved one look his best. Came right to my house & on time. Groomer was polite, friendly and gentle with my pet.

i love petbox!! katara comes home clean, happy, and stylish every time! idk what perfume they use, but it lasts ALLLL week. a haircut & bath from petbox, people have never failed to stop and compliment us on how well groomed she is. i have to give credit where it’s due, and it absolutely is due to petbox. truly the Best of the Best!

I am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience with Petbox Mobile Grooming. I’ve been a regular customer and have always had good service in the past, which makes this experience even more frustrating. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and I was informed they would be about 45 minutes late. However, they did not arrive until 7:00 PM, which is far beyond what was communicated and extremely inconvenient. For such a long delay, I was only given a $10 discount, which did not feel appropriate given the circumstances. To make matters worse, once my baby’s grooming was finished, she honestly did not look her best. The quality of the cut was not what I’ve come to expect or pay for, and it was disappointing to see after such a long wait. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t believe I will be returning. I expected better communication, punctuality, and quality—especially as a loyal customer. *************************************************** I want to add an update to my original review because the situation unfortunately got worse. After I posted my honest experience, management called me regarding the review. Instead of addressing my concerns or apologizing, the call felt like an attempt to chastise me for posting publicly, stating that how I felt should have been communicated directly to them instead of leaving a review online. The conversation was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. As a paying, loyal customer, I have every right to share my experience—especially when the service fell far below expectations. This interaction confirmed that customer feedback is not truly valued. Between the excessive delay, poor grooming results, minimal compensation, and now this unprofessional response from management, I am absolutely never returning. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
