Love coming here for my pet accessories they always have sales. Today I got my dog collars half off which helped me save $16 . Everyone is very helpful & friendly. If you have any pet needs I suggest going to this location. They even have dog grooming.

Best petco I've been to. And I've been to a lot. Great vibe, great people, and a lovely boy obtained. Samy is already settling in to his new home for the next few decades 3 days on update (photo added): Samuel is doing well. He doesn't like carrots, but he will destroy cucumber within an instant.

Went to Shepherd Petco for dry and canned dog food. Our little girl is getting older, had TPLO surgery and chases snacks daylong. Store had her Hill’s weight management and joint dry in a bag, and four bent cans of Hill’s weight management and joint. I asked cashier if they had any of the can in back. She checked her phone for inventory, i guess. She said just the four on the shelf. I asked if she would sell for half-price. “No”, she replied. I told her not to put them back on the shelf. I received a surly frown. We will go with Chewy in future.

I have been a customer for years. My dog was in for grooming today and I had to go in to see why it had been over 3 hours. There was nobody at the grooming station. When I finally got someone to find my dog, I was told that it was going to be another 45 minutes. There was only one person working. I asked to speak with a manager. Hallie approached me in an aggressive manner, asking "what do you want?" She then said I am not giving any discounts and became loud and more aggressive in front of other staff and customers. Her lack of professionalism and customer service is unbelievable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. That includes Veterinary services and automatic dog food shipments. One bad employee can really hurt a reputation for a business.
