Petland Woodlands

Everyone say hi to Santa! The whole staff was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you to Jade Pierce and the manager for making our new furry addition process the best customer experience. Highly recommend they even loaded our vehicle for us, with a smile even though it was after hours when we completed the paperwork.

We just adopted our very sweet Lab from Petland. The staff is really professional and sweet. You can tell they really take care of their animals. Avery helped us throughout our process and know was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She had a lot of great information to help take care of our new lab. She made our experience special.

The employees were super friendly and welcoming. They made sure we were fully aware and informed of how to care for our new puppy! The environment was clean and well maintained. All the pets appeared to be well kept and loved. The process was easy just a bit long. But I will gladly sign papers for 30 minutes than just be able to walk out! Really enjoyed our experience.

It was an amazing experience at Petland. It was my first visit and we are gonna be pet parents for the first time. Jade was lovely and made sure to provide us excellent experience. Thanks a lot, Jade!

Dakota was amazing with us. He went the extra mile and catered to every question we had. We spent so much time with the dog and he let us play with the dog until they were about to close. Even though we didn’t get the dog immediately because I felt the prices for the dog were too high, we were quoted $6K for a cavapoo and I wanted to take my time to think if I was to drop $6K. He was patient and understood our needs. He made us feel comfortable and really enjoyed the experience with him.
