PetSmart Grooming

They do a fantastic job grooming my mini Aussie! He has a bit of an attitude with people but they manage him so well. He comes back smelling and looking perfect! I’ve seen so many bad cuts and they’ve done a great job every time - no matter the grooming tech. Thank you!

This is my favorite Petsmart and they always treat me right regardless of what I am looking for...Fish, fish tank supplies, and anything dog related. There's a guy name Shane who seems to be working everyday and no matter what day it is, he's there helping me. Sat, Sunday or humpday. He's always helping answer questions or reminding I have Petsmart Bucks to apply to my purchase. I been coming to this location for about 4 years now and one of main reason is people like Shane with their customer service is why I keep coming back. It's nice to have familiar faces you can rely on.

The worst rude staff and overpriced! Drove 40 minutes to this location to take my dog grooming as the location is near my job. They cancelled my appointment and made miss work because I had to drive back home to drop him off. Tried calling them and they just let the phone ring and would leave you waiting for a long time so you hang up. Very disappointed at the service experienced.

Worst grooming experience my dog has ever had. They left his hair uneven and choppy, and not a shih-tzu haircut at all. Grooming staff is not the most friendly and kind of rude, even the cashier apologized to me because he saw how rude they were.

I usually have a great experience at PetSmart, visiting every couple of months to stock up on dog supplies. This time, I decided to try their grooming service, and unfortunately, it didn’t go as well as I had hoped. I was initially attended by Alex, who was not helpful at all. While Jasmine, the other staff member, was very attentive and kind—she even helped me with the overall package pricing—Alex's behavior made the situation difficult. He stood by without assisting and made comments that seemed aimed at discouraging us from proceeding with the service. Despite Jasmine's efforts to connect with my dog, the appointment was ultimately canceled because she didn't have a real chance to try, thanks to Alex's lack of support.
