Found this vet on Reddit and the people don’t lie! Dr.Pappan is very nice and professional. You can tell he genuinely cares for the animals. We found a kitten on a road with a fractured leg, the first vet we took him to referred us to GCVS and they quoted us $7000 over the phone without even checking out the kitten’s actual condition. Took the kitten to Petworks and Dr.Pappan offered a better solution that saved us $7000! The kitten is healing on his own, thriving and running. With that being said, I highly recommend Petworks Express. They actually want your pets to get better and not just hurting your pocket.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pappan and the entire team—they were truly a godsend. From the moment I walked through the door, I could feel the difference compared to other clinics I’d visited. The staff is not only incredibly caring but also efficient and professional. Dr. Pappan is exceptionally knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thanks to their expertise, my cat's condition turned around completely. They knew exactly what steps to take for a full recovery. Just the day before, another clinic had made me feel like euthanizing my 3-year-old cat might be the only option. I’m so grateful I trusted my instincts and brought my cat here instead. I will recommend this clinic to anyone who will listen. I’ve finally found a place where I feel completely confident and comfortable bringing both my cat and my dog.

Found them via online low-cost clinic list. Was kind of cautious from the other reviews on here, but they are all very very friendly/informative! They really know how to take care of animals. Dogs/cats included! Front desk receptionist is super friendly and the vet assistant is very helpful. Loved the doctor as well. I did have to reschedule once, because I was late for the drop off time for surgeries, but that’s on me! I absolutely adored that they took in a stray cat in replacement of my absence! Every minute matters and I give them respect for that. Anyway I didn’t want to write a review until she was all healed up, but my Maltese (3 years old) female got spayed. Her recovery was great. It was sad that I had to stop her from any activity so she could heal properly, but totally worth it. I advise you to take 2-3 weeks off or make time to watch your baby heal. They will be extra clingy during recovery, so if you leave they will jump/whine etc which is not good. I think they did a great job with the surgery, super fast too. Dropped her off at 8:30-9am and picked her up at 11-12. No visible scar after 3 weeks now post surgery. Can’t beat the prices here either. 10/10 will be back for future services!

I have to say this clinic is terrible to say the least. For starters the receptionist is extremely rude barely allowing me anytime to talk and making me wait for a long time despite the fact that I already had an appointment scheduled. The office manager herself was also rude as when I asked for more knowledge on trying to learn how I could help my pet she said the first thing i required was common sense to function as a pet owner in an extremely condescending and belittling tone. The doctor has to be the most arrogant and unprofessional man I’ve ever come across. They say old age grants you wisdom but this man only has arrogance in him. Only caring about money and wanting me out of the clinic with no clear indication of trying to help me. Also to anyone asking for surgeries on the clinic I would advise against it here. It is common practice to do surgeries in the morning so that they have the rest of the day to fully recover. But instead this arrogant doctor performs surgeries around past mid day and then immediately calling the owners with little to no check up time on the pets recovery. I myself wouldn’t feel comfortable letting my pet have only an hour or two of rest as apposed to the many hours a morning surgery can offer. And any surgery done seems rushed with hardly any anesthesia, meaning they can feel the pain in their body as surgery is being done one them. I wouldn’t advise going to this place as the staff and the doctor are nothing but people who look out for themselves with little regard to a pets safety or life. To anyone also seeking employment here find somewhere else. If you think that doctor is there to teach you and treat you with common courtesy and respect think again

Be careful coming here ! I brought my puppy here for vaccinations and got an exact price on her full vaccinations shot. 120 but they told me she was too young for the full thing. So they did half of the process and charged me $90 and told me to come back in 2-3weeks for the rest. I come today for the rest of my dog vaccines. Expecting to pay my remaining balance that I owe and they charge me 100 when all he did was give my dog one shot and examin her teeth. As I explained to the front desk what I seen he told the man who did my shots and he comes charging to the front saying if I was gonna question his services he no longer has to serve me & he mentioned that while I was talking he was moving quickly doing his job but I was talking to him about my dog and watching him service my dog so I thought that was very rude and disrespectful as you can see in the pic below this was the moment where he’s in her mouth examining it so idk how me talking shows I wasn’t paying attention and he tried to downplay how observant I was during the service. MY Issue really wasn’t with the Dr it was the agreement price not being promised from my previous service. But once he came to the front desk being rude infront of other patients turned me completely off instead of just having an understanding conversation he also told me personally not to breed my dog with my other dog because it basically would come out ugly & that people wouldn’t be interested in adopting it ! MAKE SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION !
