Puppy Palace has the best groomers ever. My dog is highly anxious and somehow he absolutely loved his bath and grooming. He is sad at home when I try to bathe him, but he’s so happy to see his groomer. Nails…. He’s terrified if I try to do them at home, but Berto had him putting his paw up for getting them done. Then my boy stood up and gave his favorite groomer a hug before we left. There’s something extra special about this local grooming company. You would be lucky to have your dog cared for by such kind people who provide the most amazing services to our four legged babies.

Great prices and Roberto was AMAZING. He treated our Bailey girl like she was his own. I was very pleased with the quality of the cut and Roberto’s communication throughout the process. We will now become regular customers!

Robert is Stiles groomer and he has always been amazing!! He has been gentle and kind with our fur baby! Stiles is a Siberian Husky mix with Great Pyrenees. So he’s a fluffy, shedding dog. And the work Robert does on Stiles not only helps him in this Texas weather but also is easy to keep up with. It’s super easy to make an appointment, all the staff is amazing and attentive to the fur babies. They do mobile grooming as well, which is what we use now! We’ve done both but mobile works best for us. This is a genuine true review! I would 100/100 recommend them for your fur babies!

Amazing work! We had only gotten our Shorkie groomed once in 6 years because of a bad experience when she was younger and thought we were doing fair at keeping her groomed at home. However, she would not let us cut her nails or her face. After talking with some people they recommended Puppy Palace. Very friendly and did an absolutely amazing job. She looks so adorable 😍

Went to puppy Palace today with high hopes of my dogs looking amazing before we go on a vacation next week and instead I got half past chopped hair that looks so raggedy that I could’ve done it myself. Then, when I go to pay, they overcharged me for all of these things that I didn’t ask for and told me they had to do it and then try to up the And whenever I called them out, they finally lowered them yet. My dogs still look terrible. I’m so disappointed to spend $200 on grooming visits and this is the kind of results I get
