Took Odin in for bath, shedding treatment, blowout and paw pad trimming. He came out looking perfect and is always happy to see the staff. I won't go anywhere else for grooming. The monthly shedding package is well worth the money. Combined with the monthly grooming essentials, and the whole house appreciates him looking and feeling his best. And let's face it, it saves me hours of time in vacuuming and sweeping up giant dog floofs.

I had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely sweet from the moment I walked in. They made me feel completely at ease leaving my dog with them for a wash, which means everything to me. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. My dog came out looking (and smelling!) amazing. You can tell they really care about the animals they work with. Highly recommend!

The entire group of people were absolutely wonderful. Treated our dogs with excellent care. I was very pleased. We had 5 dogs and they were all wonderful! The prices were great for the 1st time special but unfortunately the monthly plan is too expensive for 5 dogs. I'd love to have the plan but can't afford a monthly fee for 5 dogs. We will definitely use them again when we can afford it. They were ALL wonderful!!!

Excellent first visit. The staff was accommodating to my unique requests as I was transferring from a Scenthound on the west coast. Everything was sorted with a simple phone call and my appointment went off without a hitch. My Cane Corse pup max was welcomed and cared for as if he was already a part of their family. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the Greater Houston Area.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I asked for my dog to shaved/cut short. THEY decided how THEY wanted my dog groomed. She is a mini aussie with long hair. Shedding is bad - wanted it gone. A waste of $140. Cannot believe they thought this was appropriate. ON TOP OF THAT - I had her bathed there in December, 2024 & they shaved her “private” area so close she ended up in an emergency vet appt with skin infection & skin burns ($200). Was giving them another chance. She looks RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AGAIN.
