They did a great job on my Shepherd mix. He was shedding so badly that you couldn’t pet him without a whole other dogs worth of hair flying around everywhere. Immunized son dropping our boy off and picked him up so I doubt he asked any questions so idk specifically how he took the groom, especially the dryer, but what I do know is that he’s shedding so much less. Last night he was in my bed and he left next to nothing,hair wise, in my bed. I’m very happy. 😁

I am fostering a very timid 10 yo foster dog and the team was absolutely fantastic with her. She came out looking happy and relaxed with a tremendous groom. Having never had a "hairy" dog before I wasn't sure what to expect but they exceeded all expectations.

I just love the people there. And how honest they are. I took my dog Cheyenne there yesterday, and I thought she needed her anal glands cleaned. I paid for it and when I came to pick her up, they told me she didn't need it and gave me my money back. They didn't have to do that. They could've said it was done and kept what I paid. I was impressed and grateful. They always do a great job on my girl & she's always happy and clean when I pick her up. ♥️

Great prices and the employees could not have been nicer. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule. They took great care with my dog and he certainly enjoyed all of the attention.

We were very impressed with Blu’s, our Golden Retriever, experience! She is five and had never been to a professional groomer, except for a failed experience when we tried to bath her at a ‘do-it-yourself’ place. She was gently guided into the back area and 20-minutes later came out clean, soft, smelling great, her ears cleaned, with her teeth brushed & her nails clipped. The receptionist showed us a photo of Blu, wearing a ‘Happy’ scarf that they used during the dryer use, with ear plugs, cotton balls & the scarf, to minimize stress. It was far less stressful or dangerous for us, as elderly owners. Very impressed!
