SNAP Spay-Neuter & Animal Wellness Clinic - Pasadena

Amazing service! I am very impressed with the level of service received from this non-profit organization. We took our cat to get neutered on a Saturday. The reception employees were quick, efficient and very friendly. The technicians did a fabulous job at screening the animals in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Only negative thing is that you have to wait awhile when you are dropping off the animal. I wasn't even to have to wait. Other than that I'm very pleased with the service

Bad experience today 10/15/25 at this location showed up at 6 am needed to go to work so I showed up early, even though we have to sign in the workers skipped me took to people in front of me when I mentioned it to the receptionist she was sarcastic and rude to me! Then when I picked up my pet after surgery they gave him to me with bottom of cage with urine my cat was laying in that the original pads I placed were not changed! This area per instructions should be kept clean and dry tried calling office they don't bother to answer so I'm leaving this review! You people should do better will not return and no longer make donations here!

Set pick up times to their lunch hour and then returned from lunch late. Doors were locked until after 2:00 PM so why was I told to be outside by 1:40pm

The reason for my 1 star rating is because my cat got ringworm from this facility. Before and after her surgery she never once went outside and we don’t have any other pets so my vet said it might’ve came from the facility. I took her to get spayed on the 2nd of December and now she has lost most of her hair on her ears. I tried contacting the facility but they ignore my emails and have not tried to help in any way.
