Our technician, Cody, was extremely helpful in taking care of our issue. He was professional yet impressionable. He explained every aspect of the job and gave us opportunity to ask questions and welcomed our concerns.

I was having issues with bugs and called other companies that were a LOT more $ and did not offer any warranty. We have used Sunbelt Pest Control for about over a year and a half now and we will never go with another pest company. We have had both Cooper and Cody come to service our home on a quarterly basis and they are always so helpful and professional when they come into our home. They are also very responsive if we ever have questions and even though we are scheduled for quarterly treatments if we ever have a random pest occurrence they will come out to treat any issue yo give us peace of mind! We highly recommend them to any of our friends or family if they are needing pest control and we have never heard any negative feedback!

We also used this company for home inspection. They did an initial new home pest control visit. Where Cooper sprayed and inspected all areas of concern. He found droppings in the attic. Cooper was very professional and knowledgeable and I was glad he found the issue so we could take care of it. Cody came out to take care of rodent problem in attic he sealed every hole and crack he could find around the house. Even on the roof in a pipe. He climbed all around the smoldering hot attic to set up what he needed so he could take care of the issue. I have confidence and trust in his work. Very knowledgeable and professional:
