I have to sing the praises of this particular Home Depot, and their star employee, Mr. Joe. I walked in on a Friday morning with an idea, but no idea how to execute the vision I had. Joe not only helped guide me to what I was looking for, but went above and beyond in helping me bring that vision to life! He stayed with me for over an hour walking me through how to build my project. I went back a few days later and ran into him, and he answered my follow up questions. It was so nice to have experienced excellent customer service. On top of this, the garden center is one of the best I have visited in the city. Everyone is kind and helpful. I will go out of my way to come to this location versus shopping at the other Home Depot locations in the greater Houston area. Thank you again, Mr. Joe!
