This group has always been amazing. I transferred from another vet in this area because although “hospital” is in their name, it was misleading because they don’t stay over night or weekends for our babies. This clinic is a true vet (A&M doc) and full service hospital facility. Staff is always super nice and loving to my puff babies. Highly highly recommend them!

I brought my sweet baby shadow to this hospitals. She was very ill we had just adopted her and the shelter we got her fixed through the shelter. Unfortunately she contracted a very serious illness that ultimately cost her to pass away. Dr.Groemminger and her Nurse assistant Holly and everyone apart of her team did everything they possibly could to help our sweet baby even keeping us updated every step of the way and while knowing we could not afford very much. They even went completely out of their way to contact other vet clinics to get the medication shadow needed and reaching out to the clinic that performed the procedure. Although this was not the best outcome for our sweet shadow We will always be eternally grateful for Dr.Groemminger and Holly for their pure kindness and compassion.

After 16 with my sweet Lucia, it was time to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. G and her entire staff were incredibly compassionate. From the phone call of making the appointment, to the numerous staff checking in on us, to being patient with my 4 sons saying goodbye to her, to checking in on us days later, we felt cared for and our girl was loved. They even had "Goodbye Kisses" ( Hersey kisses) because no one should say goodbye without some chocolate. It was the special care that made such a precious moment in our life even more cared for. Lucia felt love in the end. Thank you!

Dr. Groemminger and her staff are amazing. I can not thank them enough for saving my cat Pancho. They were all so compassionate and kept me informed every step of the way. I explained I did not have pet insurance and I had a max amount of money I could spend and somehow they saved my cat in that budget. She never made me feel less than for not being able to do everything on the invoice. There were no surprises on the bill when I picked my cat up which honestly in this day and age is amazing in itself. She is honest and I could truly feel how much she wanted Pancho to live. My cat was actively dying when I showed up and his chances of survival even through the day were slim to none but I picked him up a few days later and he was well enough that I could continue to nurse him back to health at home. They sent home medicine, liquid food, and checked in on him by calling . They are all literally angels! I would recommend them a million times over.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, and if I could give this place a lower rating, I would. We started coming to this veterinary clinic about 5 years ago when we bought our house in Cypress. We wanted a local veterinarian—convenient, nearby, with a humane and responsible approach toward our two fur babies, Cocoa and Kiam. We never had any major issues since the visits were only for regular checkups, and we didn’t need any long-term treatment for either of our dogs. This past December 2025, I brought my 9-year-old female dog in for a special consultation because I began to feel that she had swollen lymph nodes in her neck. This is when all the problems began to start. After spending a lot of money on various testing, it was became increasingly difficult to actually get the results. We were of course concerned and checking when the results came in but once the front desk confirmed the results were in, it was like pulling teeth to get the doctor to call us to discuss the results. Over the course of the next couple weeks, we did some more testing and eventually ordered a treatment but the constant theme was, 'we will call you tomorrow' or 'we will call you this afternoon' yet we would never get the call back. After going on the treatment, we ended up doing more lab work and same story again. This time though, they sent the lab work via email but never called to discuss it - the lab work was supposed to determine the change of dose and had a number of concerning results. When we tried to call to discuss, we again kept getting told, 'someone will call you later' - eventually the tech called and said the doctor hadnt had a chance to review it yet but told us to go ahead and increase the dosage - if we were going to increase the dosage regardless of the bloodwork, why did we spend the $400 to do it? We still never received a call from the doctor to discuss the results, many of which were way out of range. After consulting with a different vet, we ultimately decided to stop this experimental treatment due its poor trial results and reported side effects and we modified her prednisone dose. We also later discovered that they charged us a ridiculous amount of $ for the prednisone that she was prescribed. $74 for 84 x 20 mg pills. This should have cost more like $20-$25 which is what we are paying through a different pharmacy. At this point, almost a month later, no one has called to go over the results. My dog is currently stable because we decided to lower the prednisone dose and stop the experimental treatment this doctor recommended. However, last week she developed diarrhea, and I called to request medication for it—and it was the same situation all over again. No one ever called back. This was the final straw with these people and this veterinary practice, whose only concern seems to be money and not each individual patient. It is truly heartbreaking. If you love your dog, please do not bring them to this place. In fact, I recommend that you look for a telehealth service such as Dutch Pet, where they can see your dog the same day, provide prescriptions, and you only pay $100 USD per year for up to 5 pets in the same household. Definitely, just like with human healthcare, we must educate ourselves and always seek the best for our animals, who give us their love unconditionally. Goodbye forever, True Companion.
