Amazing experience with my dog’s dental cleaning! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and caring, which made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, the service was super affordable without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend!

I could not be anymore pleased with the job Alejandro did on my dog! He was so attentive, kind, thorough, and patient! We just moved to the area and were nervous about dropping her off somewhere. USA Pet had the best prices after shopping around for mobile groomers. We will be repeat customers!

I had my service for the first time with my 6 month old puppy and I was nervous in the beginning due to going to other places and being told I was to be charge more since she was a puppy and she will be moving to much. When I called to schedule her here at USA grooming they were nothing but positive no if or butts! When Valeria came the groomer my dog was so happy she was so kind and loving to my puppy as if it were hers and her job was amazing! Thank you so much I am really happy of how she turned out sharing some pictures of the amazing job!

Since it has been impossible for me to communicate with you, through this channel, I want to let you know how disappointed I am with your services. Your lack of honesty, professionalism, and transparency leaves much to be desired. I took my puppy with the trust that you would do a good job, but my fur baby not only came out traumatized, he also had an injury on his paw, a poorly done haircut, and the cologne you used on him because I doubt he was even bathed caused problems with his sense of smell. If you don’t know how to handle or understand the behavior of a puppy who is going to grooming for the first time, then you should not be attending them. When I asked why my puppy was crying, the answer I received was that you had more dogs and not only mine. It is sad to see how owners leave their beloved pets in your care, trusting you, without knowing what is really happening in the back. You say your recommendations are “without filter” because you claim to speak the truth, yet you put on a filter when it came to telling me that you hurt my little one. That place should be investigated to see if it complies with the regulations established in Texas and if you are truly certified as groomers. Truly a disaster. I deeply regret having taken my little one there and that he had to go through such a horrible experience.

Terrible service. They never answer the phone, and when they do, communication is almost impossible since they barely speak English. When you ask why they don’t pick up, they can’t even explain—and if they don’t know how to respond, they just block your number. Absolutely unprofessional. To make it worse, they only accept cash—no idea why. This is to clarify that my review is not false, misleading, or “full of lies.” The facts are as follows: You repeatedly sent different groomers to my home, including the groomer I previously reported to you for requesting cash only, charging me an improper additional amount, and issuing a receipt with a different total. I contacted you immediately after that incident. At no point will I tolerate being told that I am lying or being accused of racism. Such accusations exceed the boundaries of professionalism and respect that a customer is entitled to. Additionally, there have been multiple instances in which you stated you would “call me right back to confirm,” yet no call was returned. You provided appointment windows, failed to arrive, and then rescheduled me to different days without notice. You also sent groomers despite the clear language preference listed on my profile. Furthermore, you claimed to have sent confirmation messages that were in fact never sent. These repeated misrepresentations, failures in communication, and unfounded personal accusations have gone beyond what I am willing to tolerate. I consider this matter serious, and I am prepared to pursue it through the appropriate legal channels if necessary.
