Vanguard Veterinary Clinic - Cypress

They always take care of my dog. I never have to wait long and they see me if I come a little early too sometimes. Everyone there is sweet and caring. They all take into consideration my dogs needs and restrictions when it comes to aggressiveness towards other male dogs. They’re great here!

Vanguard Cypress Vet is truly exceptional. I had an emergency with my dog, and they went out of their way to work me in—even with a packed schedule. Ivy and Eliza were incredibly kind and attentive, following up multiple times after the visit to make sure my dog was recovering well. Their compassion and professionalism blew me away. Dr. Andrus is the most caring and thorough vet I’ve ever met. She spent real time with me, walking through every detail and making sure I felt informed and supported. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment—something that’s all too common at other clinics. Maddie, our vet tech, was also amazing. Her bedside manner was top-notch, and she treated my dog like her own. No nickel-and-diming, no stress—just genuine care and outstanding service. 1000% recommend Vanguard Cypress Vet!

My sweet baby girl, Bonnie, had a medical emergency and the front staff, Eliza, was so kind and reassuring. They had a room ready to go and the tech, Maddie, promptly came in to take history. Once Dr. Andrus came into the room, she spent so much time with Bonnie and me; I never once felt rushed. Her goal was to try to get to the root cause of the problem and not only treat the symptoms. I truly have never experienced this exceptional level of care at another vet. I highly recommend Vanguard and Dr. Andrus!

I LOVE this place! I would like to say that as soon as I walked in it smelled so GOOD in here! Especially, for it to be a vet clinic. Next, the customer service was so amazing. Eliza and Ivy are a perfect pair working that front desk. They were so sweet and personable. Especially, for it being almost closing. My Storm's appointment was at 5:15pm and they close at 6:00pm. They were both so kind and I LOVED that! I really felt comfortable knowing they were taking car of my fur baby, Storm. This is definitely an A+ place in my grade book. Thank you so much! ((HUGS))
